Refund policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed. Once an order is fulfilled and handed to the carrier, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Refusing delivery or failing to accept a package does not qualify for a refund. Any returned packages due to refusal or delivery issues may be subject to additional fees.
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement only — refunds will not be issued.
